What it does
Beds placed close together share one icon on the spawn map, and choosing it can land on a bed that is still on cooldown even when the one next to it is ready. The player is sent back to the spawn screen. BedCooldownQoL spawns them at the nearest ready bed of their tribe instead, and tells them in chat where they went.
It covers death respawns, bed-to-bed fast travel and arrivals from another server. Two tribemates picking the same bed at once both get a bed, rather than one of them landing at a random spawn point.
Nearest Ready Bed
A bed on cooldown sends the player to the closest ready bed of their tribe, within a distance you set.
Respawn, Fast Travel and Transfers
Works on the death spawn screen, bed-to-bed fast travel and arrivals from another server. Each can be switched off.
Shared Beds
Two tribemates picking the same bed both spawn on a bed, instead of one going to a random spawn point.
Game Rules Still Apply
Players are only ever moved to a bed they could have chosen themselves.
Sleeping Bags Spared
A sleeping bag is never used as the substitute unless you allow it, because spawning uses it up.
Chat Notice
Players are told which bed they were moved to, under a sender name you choose.
Designed for busy bases
