Installation

Installing the plugin and confirming it loaded.

BedCooldownQoL is an AsaApi plugin and runs entirely on the server. Players install nothing. Install it on every map where you want the behaviour.

Steps

  1. Stop the server.
  2. Place the plugin folder in the AsaApi plugins directory:
path
ShooterGame/Binaries/Win64/ArkApi/Plugins/BedCooldownQoL/
  1. Adjust the settings if you want to — see Configuration.
  2. Start the server.
  3. Confirm the ArkApi log shows a BedCooldownQoL: loaded line.

Settings are read at startup

There is no reload command. After editing the configuration, restart the server for the change to apply.

Checking it works

Every time a player is moved to another bed, the ArkApi log records which bed they asked for and which one they got. When no ready bed was found nearby, it logs that too.
