Overview
What CharacterSizeEnforcement limits, and what it never changes.
On this page4 sections
ASA's character creator lets survivors be built far thinner than ARK: Survival Evolved allowed. CharacterSizeEnforcement sets a lowest value for each body slider, with one list for men and one for women.
A survivor below a minimum is raised to it. Anything at or above a minimum is left exactly as the player chose, and nobody is ever made thinner.
The defaults
Out of the box, the thickness sliders that ASA lets go thinner than ASE have a minimum of 50, the middle of the slider. Compared side by side in game, from the back, front and side, that makes ASA's thinnest survivor match ASE's thinnest of the same gender. Height, length and face sliders have no limit, and default survivors are not changed.
When survivors are checked
- When a new survivor is created.
- When a player changes their appearance.
- When an existing survivor logs in or respawns.
- When a survivor arrives from another server.
What is never changed
Muscle, fat, face colours, name, gender, levels, items, tribe, structures and creatures.
