Installation

Installing, updating and uninstalling the plugin.

CraftPriority is an AsaApi plugin and runs entirely on the server. Players install nothing. Install it on every map where you want the behaviour.

First install

  1. Stop the server.
  2. Place the plugin folder in the AsaApi plugins directory:

  1. Start the server. A new plugin is only picked up at startup.
  2. Confirm the ArkApi log shows CraftPriority 1.1 loaded.

If it reports NOT active

The plugin checks the game build at startup. If something it relies on has changed, for example after an ARK update, the log says CraftPriority is NOT active and crafting behaves exactly like vanilla until the plugin is updated.

Updating without a restart

Write the new build alongside the existing one with an .ArkApi suffix:

CraftPriority.dll.ArkApi

The loader saves the world and reloads the plugin in place within about a minute.

Don't use plugins.unload

Update with the method above or by restarting. Don't unload CraftPriority with the plugins.unload command.

Uninstalling

Stop the server and delete the plugin folder.
