Getting Help

How to reach support and what to include.

Support is handled through the documentation first, then the community Discord, with plugin-specific help for customers of commercial plugins.

Before asking

Working through Common Issues and Debugging resolves a lot of reports on its own, and the information you gather there is exactly what is needed to help you if it does not.

What to include

  • Which plugin and version each affected server is running.
  • Which maps are affected, and which are not.
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • Steps to reproduce it, if you have them.
  • Relevant log output, with credentials removed.
  • Your configuration, with credentials removed.

Copy this template and fill it in — it covers everything needed to start diagnosing a problem:

Where to ask

The support page lists the current support channels. Commercial plugin customers can get plugin-specific assistance for the plugins they have licensed.

Community Discord

The Discord server is linked from the site navigation, the support page and the footer. Post in the appropriate channel with the details above rather than direct messaging — other server owners have often hit the same thing.
